Yes — Cre8tive Hands is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no payment required to send a card. The site is supported by advertising, which helps keep it running.

No — there are no accounts or sign-ups on Cre8tive Hands. Choose a design, personalise it, create the card, and then share the link or send it by email. My Cards, recovery codes, and scheduled email delivery are all available without an account.

No. Everything on Cre8tive Hands is free and open to everyone — no accounts, subscriptions, or paid tiers. That includes creating cards, using My Cards, scheduling email delivery, and sharing links. The site is supported by advertising so it stays free for everyone.

An eCard is a digital greeting card — like a traditional paper card, but sent online. At Cre8tive Hands, eCards use original 3D-style artwork and are fully interactive: your recipient opens a unique link and sees the card animate as if it’s being opened for the first time, complete with your personalised message inside.

eCards are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, thank yous, thinking-of-you moments, Christmas, Mother’s Day, and many other occasions.

It’s a simple three-step process:

• 1. Pick a design — browse by occasion (birthdays, thank you, Christmas, etc.) and choose the card that feels right.
• 2. Add your message — personalise the inside with your recipient’s name, your name, and a personal message.
• 3. Send or share — send it directly by email, open a WhatsApp or Telegram share link, or copy the link and share however you like.

The whole process takes less than a minute.

Your recipient gets a unique link to their card. You can deliver that link in a few different ways:

• Email — enter their email address and we’ll send a delivery email on your behalf.
• WhatsApp or Telegram — tap the share button and send the link directly in a chat.
• Copy link — copy the card link and paste it anywhere: a text message, Facebook Messenger, an email you write yourself — wherever suits you best.

When your recipient opens the link they’ll see the card play — no app download or account needed on their end.

No problem at all. You don’t need an email address to send a card. Simply copy the card link and share it however you normally communicate with that person — WhatsApp, iMessage, Messenger, or any other way you like. Your recipient opens the link in any browser and sees their card straight away.

No. If you choose site email delivery, your recipient receives only the card email you asked us to send — nothing else. We do not add recipients to mailing lists or use their address for marketing.

We share the address only with the trusted email-delivery provider that sends the card on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes — My Cards shows when the link was first viewed and counts up to 50 unique viewers per card. Cards that have been opened show an “Opened” status.

If the link is forwarded or opened by more than one person or device, those extra opens count too. That applies whether you emailed the card from the site or shared the link yourself.

My Cards stores saved access or recovery codes and a local cache in your browser. This means:

• Clearing your browser history, cache, or “site data” can remove the local dashboard.
• Switching to a different browser or device means your saved codes may not be there.
• Using private / incognito mode can stop My Cards from being remembered between sessions.

The card records themselves stay on our servers unless you delete them or we remove them for legal, abuse, or operational reasons. If you keep the access code shown when you create a card, you can re-enter it in My Cards to recover that card list on another device.

If you removed a card yourself, check Trash. Removed cards stay there for 7 days before permanent deletion.

My Cards is your personal card dashboard. Cards created on this phone, tablet, or computer appear there automatically after you click Create, and saved recovery codes can import cards from another device.

• Ready — cards you’ve created but not yet emailed or scheduled
• Scheduled — cards queued to be emailed later
• Sent — cards emailed from the site
• Opened — cards whose link has been viewed at least once
• Trash — removed cards you can restore for 7 days before permanent deletion

From My Cards you can share a card again, email it, schedule it, restore it from Trash, or remove it.

Yes — you can schedule a card to be emailed automatically on any future date and time. Scheduling is available without an account, but it applies to site-sent email delivery rather than copied links.

Scheduled cards are shown in My Cards until they go out. If you move one to Trash, the scheduled send is paused until you restore it.

Yes. Once you click Create, the new eCard is added to My Cards automatically on that browser and its access code is saved locally for you.

That is different from an unfinished draft editor: if you leave the customise page before creating the card, nothing has been saved yet.

Your recipient’s email address is used only for card delivery, scheduled sending, delivery history in My Cards, and related troubleshooting if something goes wrong.

We do not add it to mailing lists or use it for marketing. We only share it with the trusted email-delivery provider that sends the card on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Cre8tive Hands takes privacy seriously. We do not sell your data or share personal information with third parties for marketing. We do use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, such as email delivery, analytics, advertising, hosting, and security services.

Access to card or delivery details is limited to what is reasonably needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. It is never used for unrelated marketing.

Cre8tive Hands is free to use and is supported by advertising. We currently use Google AdSense on selected public pages, and some older placeholder areas may still appear where ads have not yet been rebuilt.

Active adverts are served and measured by Google AdSense. Placeholder-only areas do not load ads until an active ad slot is added there.

Yes. Cre8tive Hands is designed with families in mind. The artwork is gentle and age-appropriate, and the site does not contain any violent, adult, or inappropriate content.

For card-sending features, we recommend younger children use the site with a parent or carer who can oversee the recipient’s email address and message content.

Cre8tive Hands works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. The site is fully mobile-responsive and works well on smartphones and tablets as well as desktop computers. Recipients can open and view cards on any device with a modern browser — no app download required.
