The artist behind the site has been making things for as long as she can remember. What started at school with pencils, paint, and whatever materials were around her grew into a long-running love of illustration, handmade jewellery, and cards. She has been creating bespoke cards for friends and family for more than thirty years, with the same idea in mind: a card made for one person says more than something pulled off a rack.
Alongside the card-making, she spent years building an online community around whimsical artwork. The response was always strongest when the work felt personal, gentle, and unmistakably human.
